WANT TO BECOME A VENDOR WITH WESTERN HEIGHTS?
To become a vendor with Western Heights Public Schools, the following forms need to be completed and returned to the district's finance department, located at the Administration Building, 8401 SW 44th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73179.
Please download the form on your computer, complete, and save. Email form to Elizabeth Williams. Please include the name of the WHISD employee who is requesting your vendor status. A vendor status will not be given if there is no purchase currently pending.
Please correct all invoice submissions address to Administrative Office: 8401 SW 44th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73179.
