Request for Proposal (RFP)

Western Heights Public Schools (“District”) requires the services of a professional consultant to assist and advise District staff members in establishing processes and procedures for a variety of financial services, including but not limited to:

·         Budget/Fiscal Balance and Oversight

·         Payroll Oversight

·         General Oversight of all Fiscal Processes and Procedures

In order to identify and select qualified individuals or firms to provide the requisite services, the District is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide the services in conjunction with the District’s operations, and to support its educational and fiscal programs.

For the contract period beginning August 15, 2022, the District will receive sealed proposals for professional services beginning July 21, 2022 up to, but no later than, 12:00 p.m. on August 4th, 2022.

The District will solicit, review, and evaluate proposals from responding individuals or firms with the intent of taking a final recommendation(s) to the Board for consideration/approval no later than August 8, 2022.
